After Trump got LiAngelo Ball out of trouble for shoplifting in China (which is something that a Chinese citizen might be executed for) LiAngelo had this to say: 'We were all stealing.' Niggas was in the shop, and we started taking stuff.' 
Apparently it is OK and expected for "niggas" to steal stuff.

as i know not all of the african people is a thief in China. but it’s quite high rate of them. for the first priority of muslim and foreigners policy here. they aren’t arrested by slight crime such as stolen less than 2000 rmb (150$). I’m not a racist but I dislike their gaze especially at night , they stare you make you very uncomfortable. they’re looking for prey to robbery, at the south China it become a big problem. even I live in north western China , there are more african now.

It astonishes me that Mr. Balls seems to think that because he is a "nigga" that it is to be expected that he will steal things.  Ball acts like it is the fault of the store to allow niggas in knowing that they are going to steal stuff.
