It's sad that almost no black congressman behaves as an unbiased congressman. Instead, they virtually all play the race-card HEAVILY.
Maxine Waters takes it a step further. She doesn't give a damn about black people.. she lives in a white neighborhood that is not even in the district she represents… and yet.. when it comes election time... she paints herself up as being the heart and soul of black people.
It's like Paul Mooney said "Everybody wanna be a nigga.. but nobody wanna BE a nigga.." In other words, people like Maxine Waters want to benefit from being black, without actually being part of the black community or black culture.
