Anything under £10k, is a civil matter.
He also slashed child poverty in half. He redefined what has always been classed by social scientists and countless governments.
Like virtually all liberal governments, they only improve things on paper and by totally dishonest means.
Oddly, he's deemed an SJW, but he fought against equality for LGBTs. He's the reason that gay couples have far less pension rights than hetero couples. He's also the reason civil partnership was, as he called it, "somewhat equal" to marriage.
He's also the PM of the UK that threatened victims and their families if they tried to bring the muslim rape gangs shit out in the open.

Liberals are far more racist than conservatives. The only time liberals support minorities and LGBT's etc. is when they are desperate for VOTES.
