Yeah that was my guess too
Pretty sure the spanker is Fred Stevens and he did a lot of videos for them -
It’s from a private video from a spanker who has done some mans hand films, although this sadly isn’t one of them. He’s in ‘Two Mad Dads’ as well as ‘DUI’.
