Soho has a great cruising scene around the gay bars still,
Earls Court is extremely gay,
There is still cottaging at waterloo and Victoria stations in spite of the CCTV.
Hampstead Heath is still cruisy but not as much as say 10 years back.

Baker Street underground station gents toilets seem relatively cruisy at times.
And then there's those famous videos from Carnaby Street.
