Laughing is a "hail Mary" attempt by sleaze such as Hillary to derail a line of questioning when they are backed up against a wall with no place to go.
Also, if you look at the posts of the most notorious long red liners.. they often end their sentences with an LOL. They have nothing to offer but ridicule.
