Who told you that? I bathe two to three times every day: A quick shower when I wake up, a long bath after I get home from work, and when I work out I have a shower right after.
I might be a nasty boy but I'm clean as f###. :cheers:

Here in Brazil, and most tropical country's people shower AT LEAST once a day, maybe 2-3 depending on the weather. Even during colder seasons. There is no reason not to. Its healthy actually.

Depends on if you just shower yourself with water or use a light amount of shampoo or soap, or a whole lot.
I generally just shower after a seminal emission and usually just clean my armpits and groin and ass with soap. Once or twice a week I'll take a bath to make sure everything's completely clean.

Just use gentle products that won't dry your skin out, and moisturize after. It won't be as 'harmful.'

Some people have perspiration odor after one warm afternoon, others can go a couple days without a soapy shower. If you're unsure where you stand (or smell), ask a close friend or two to give you an honest appraisal.
Showers can be so relaxing, it's hard to imagine not looking forward to one each day.

One of my friends is adamant that you should shower before bed to keep your sheets clean, but you sweat during sleep anyway, and going through the day without a was just feels gross XD I shower every day but wash my hair every 2nd or 3rd.

Maybe if you’re showering everyday with really HOT water… then that can be bad for you. But showering everyday is practically a necessity. Staying clean is never a bad thing lol

I'll skip a shower on some days (or even two days), but that's ONLY if I'm not leaving the house and am just lounging around in my sleep pants all day. Otherwise, I shower every day.
I've read that not showering or bathing for extended lengths of time does something unusual to the bacteria that normally causes body odor. I think the oils on your skin kill it off or something. But you have to go for a long time without bathing, and while you don't have the pungent odor you'd think, there's still a musky scent. So….. every day unless you're not leaving the house or seeing anyone. And if you're in a relationship and sleep with someone nightly, then definitely shower every day or night.

At the very least you should either shower or bath everyday. I don't care where you live or what climate your live in, wash your body and stop being dirty.
Anyone who thinks differently needs tying to a door and beating with a wet mop ;D
