Showering everyday?

no!! every two days in the summer, and every three days on the rest of the year!
That happens if i don't go to the gym, however.If i go to the gym i may do everyday, yes! -
I will got sweet when I gotup and backhome so I have shower twice a day.
I use hot water shower for 5min and then use icewater shower 2min, to strength my body -
I've heard that it could be bad to shower everyday

Who told you that? I bathe two to three times every day: A quick shower when I wake up, a long bath after I get home from work, and when I work out I have a shower right after.
I might be a nasty boy but I'm clean as f###. :cheers:

Summer - twice a day -

Here in Brazil, and most tropical country's people shower AT LEAST once a day, maybe 2-3 depending on the weather. Even during colder seasons. There is no reason not to. Its healthy actually.

Depends on if you just shower yourself with water or use a light amount of shampoo or soap, or a whole lot.
I generally just shower after a seminal emission and usually just clean my armpits and groin and ass with soap. Once or twice a week I'll take a bath to make sure everything's completely clean.

Just use gentle products that won't dry your skin out, and moisturize after. It won't be as 'harmful.'

Some people have perspiration odor after one warm afternoon, others can go a couple days without a soapy shower. If you're unsure where you stand (or smell), ask a close friend or two to give you an honest appraisal.
Showers can be so relaxing, it's hard to imagine not looking forward to one each day.

One of my friends is adamant that you should shower before bed to keep your sheets clean, but you sweat during sleep anyway, and going through the day without a was just feels gross XD I shower every day but wash my hair every 2nd or 3rd.

Maybe if you’re showering everyday with really HOT water… then that can be bad for you. But showering everyday is practically a necessity. Staying clean is never a bad thing lol
