I'm a shorter dude at 5'6 looking to get big. I'm on the fence on getting swole af cause I don't want to look even smaller with short bigger extremities. Any opinions on whether I should pursue bodybuilding?

A great number of bodybuilders and many at the top are actually short to medium height so your height is not unusual at all in bodybuilding but rather common. Actually, most of them tend to look taller because muscularity stylizes their bodies.

I think the most important point to consider if you want to engage in bodybuilding is your health. Make health your priority so that you make the wistest decisions if you will enter the field.

Shorter guys always look bigger. 5.4 to 5.6 is perfect for bodybuilding.

Not really a bad height for bodybuilding at all. There are less bodybuilders who are tall. I would say on average it would be around 5'8 but higher or below that a bit should not be a problem at all.
