Nevermind, I found it. It's the third movement from Ravel's Miroirs.
Here: Ravel: Miroirs III. Une Barque sur L'Ocean (André Laplante)

I'm excited to see this movie.  Heard a lot of good things about it.

I saw the movie yesterday.  It's not to my taste but I can recommend it.

It has lots of long languid shots of the beauty of Northern Italy.  (LOTS AND LOTS AND LOTS).

It's a story about a summer fling that feels true.  The older boisterous confident grade student being seduced by the emotionally volatile (and fragile) teenager.  (We're talking about the older character having to tiptoe on eggshells around the teenager's hormones.)

The acting is very good.  It has been nominated for several awards and will likely be nominated for best picture at the Oscars.  (They like exploring the inner lives of character against a background of pretty stuff to look at.)

I watched it.  It's slice of life so I can't get over that.  It's so quiet.  They weren't really talking about their feelings.

From the novel wiki, Elio sleeps with Oliver, then Marzia (the girl) then goes back to Elio.  It's like he tested the waters of whether he liked vag or cock, hehe.

In the movie, he slept with the girl twice before staying with Oliver.

I was tickled that Elio's father had a gay experience too, hehe
