Who was the first person you came out to?

I always had friends and sex partners who obviously knew I was gay. I never had to come out to them. When it comes to my family, I told my sister first. Even though it was meant to be confidential, she told my mother who told my father. There was a huge fight but my sister defended me and so did my elder brother. Even though I was angry at my sister at the start, I am grateful to her now. I don't think I would have had the courage to tell my parents directly.

I came out to someone I didn't know: a net friend. Then now we became real life friends and she's still one of the best friends I' ve ever had.
