Just based on pregnancy rates, "people of color" (such a racist term) except Asians, have a higher rate of underage pregnancy. As I pointed out earlier, and gave a link for, Asians have the lowest rate, closely followed by whites. 3rd place is about double that of whites and it gets worse from there. Blacks have the highest rate, which is more than double that of whites.
No duh that gay relationships have the highest rate of arrests and extremely disproportionate.
Similarly, no duh that women who fuck kids have by far the lowest rate of arrest. You know, gender equality and all that. Shout out to all the feminists; Hey

Here you go again. You keep talking about two different sets of statistics –- rates and incidence.
Let's look at rates. You say that blacks have the highest teenage pregnancy rates, inferring that they have the highest teenage sexual activity rates. However, the confounding factor in that assumption is contraception rates. Then you try to draw a line between that and white arrests for statutory rape. But to make a comparison you would have to look at the rate of arrests in each group, i.e. number of arrests per 100,000 population.
So to make a true comparison, you need to look at the number of arrests per sexually active teen in each each racial group, or the rates of arrests in each group compared to the sexual activity rate (or even pregnancy rate, which is inexact) of each group.
As far as I can tell your argument is blacks have double the teenage pregnancy rate than whites , yet 77% of those arrested for statutory rape are white, therefore there is a racial bias in prosecuting whites for this crime. Can you see the fallacy in that?
