Do you "allow incoming legacy connections?"

I keep encryption/spoof forced on utorrent.

I was wondering how does allowing or not legacy connections affect reaching downloads & serving others with seeds  ::)

This topic is covered in the uTorrent help file, and please note that the FINAL sentence seems rather definitive on this question…
