School in California loses funding for too many students of certain ethincity

"Last week the Los Angeles Unified School District informed parents of students at the Walter Reed Middle School in North Hollywood that because the white population had exceeded 30 percent, it had to make cuts."
Someone earlier suggested that there was racism against black people in schools because their hair style violated dress code. While I agree and DISAVOW the ban on that hairstyle (NOTE TO ROYALCROWN), it isn't even close to the level of what is called "racism" when there are stories such as the one I linked to.
