"Bleach Bit" is a software program. It is used to remove incriminating data off of a hard drive in a way that makes it IMPOSSIBLE to retrieve. Almost nobody realizes that deleted files can be completely resurrected as long as they have not been completely overwritten. When a file is "deleted" what actually happens is that the area on the hard drive used to store the data is made available for writing. Therefore, if you delete a file, it is still 100% there. If you write a new file, there is a chance of that "deleted" file being partially corrupted by having new data written over it, sort of like spray painting over part of an existing painting.
Specifically, Hillary was ORDERED by Congress to turn over 30,000+ emails which were government property being stored on a hard drive in her own house in an insecure location. Instead of complying, Hillary defiantly hired some geeks with no security clearance to illegally access the top secret contents of her computer - including data from when she was Secretary of State of the USA - and not only delete it, but "Bleach Bit" it so that it could never be recovered… on that computer. Unfortunately for Hillary, she got caught. She should be in prison. Talk about obstruction of justice. Many people have said that Nixon would never had been impeached if he had just destroyed the audio tapes he made.. he did NOT, because he had a lot more integrity than Hillary Clinton. By the way, most people don't know this, but Watergate was about Nixon having surrogates break into the DNC headquarters to find proof of wrongdoing by the DNC in rigging the elections, etc. There is no way JFK would have won the election against Nixon if he didn't have millions of dead people voting for him. So, by trying to prove that the Democrats were criminals.. Nixon got in trouble for having people break in to prove the Democrats were criminals - which they were. -
We already know all this. Nobody is disputing it. This is public information that has existed for years.

It's really sad how these Trump snowflakes like mhorndisk and Frederick keep using Hillary as a human shield for their pathetic loser Trump. They keep trying to deflect but they don't realize that using Hillary will not work on the independent investigation now underway regarding the Trump campaign's ties to Russia. What they fail to realize is that using Hillary to shield Trump just makes the case that there is no intelligent defense for his brand of ineptitude.

When data is deleted from a hard drive, it is actually still there. The only thing gone is the INDEX that points to the data. The only way to be sure that data is gone is to replace it with other data - typically all 0's Even then, that is not 100%, because like the human brain, the same data is often duplicated in several spots on the hard drive - for instance.. in a swapfile.
