Unable to download torrents.

Hi guys, so I've got about 60 torrents in my download list in uTorrent. But none is downloading. I only choose torrent with seeders. So what could be the problem then?
I've notice downloading peaks when it's about midnight, but that's just about it.

It onlys show you leeching two torrents at the moment that have zero seeders. Your ratio is fine at the moment.

Wouldn't your ratio be the issue since it mean you can only download one file at a time? Limit your download until your ratio is raised.
How did you reach such a low ratio without being locked earlier though?
