It's not illegal actually, or at least not everywhere. This is a common misunderstanding, since people tend to confuse the terms of Legal Age and the Age of Consent. So no, it's not necessarily illegal to have sex with someone otherwise considered a minor. It depends on where you live.

Okay, okay, folks. I understand the root of commotion. I just missed to put "with 'their' consent" in my post. Never in my life would I imagine to force someone to have sex with me, either younger or older than me, because I'm too hot just to resort to such pursuit.

In the UK around 2003-05, they changed the law so that ANYONE who has sex with a person under the age of 16 is a pedo, even if both people are under 16.

Not surprisingly, this law only seems to apply to boys, even if they are the younger of the pair.
