THIS or THAT: Back to food. An Irish breakfast, or a Ukranian breakfast? (I had both last week.)

I had to look them up. going by this…
1/ Irish breakfast - bacon, sausage, black pudding, potatoes, vegetables, and soda bread. Coffee or tea.
2/ Ukrainian breakfast - kasha with milk or varshynikas or pancakes. Orange juice or coffee.I'd go with Ukrainian. It seems close to what I grew up with for breakfast: porridge, fresh fruit, milk and juice.
In this vein: Bavarian or French breakfast
French: baguette/brioche/croissant with jam and a cup of coffee/hot chocolate
Bavarian: veal sausage, soft pretzel, sweet mustard, wheat beer. (When I was there I had cheeses with dark bread and a type of cottage cheese with fruit called Fruchtequark.) -
alto I want to eat more meat at breakfast which Bavarian sausage and cheese. but this time I choose french breakfast, I will have a trip to France I need adapt to sweet food several months later.
