Generally, how do you find the video a picture belongs to?

Hello all,
I have tons of photos I have collected from the net over the years. When I use Google image search I can only find that image in other sites but never the video it belongs to, and I don't want to come here and ask about the videos for all of those photos.
Is there a way that I should know for this?

It's pretty much down to reverse image searching or posting them somewhere and asking for info. The later is probably your best bet, because reverse searching a lot of video stills/GIF's usually just leads to something like endless tumblr reblogs with no source info.
I suppose you could find the original uploader (if it is something with lots of reblogs on a site like tumblr) and ask them the source. Otherwise, there's nothing wrong with asking here.
