If it is this one then I found a little something. Â The picture is really small but it may point you on the right path. I resized the origianal so you can compare them side by side. I have no idea what TOOT is?!?

Try a reverse image search engine. I use one called tinyeye located here. hxxp://www.tineye.com/. If you have a picture is examines it pixels, resolution and colors.  Then is scours the net to find a match.  Sometimes it works…...sometimes it doesn't.  That's how I found this picture. Hope this helps.
