I like no strings relationship and always want to do One night stand but finding from grinder or Craigslist kinda freaks me out (diseases). anyone shares the same concern? so what do you do?

Having too much sexual partners is always a risk, being it on grindr or not. Do not illude yourself thinking that you will be safer fucking around somewhere else. If you do want to have many one night stands you will have to face the risks, it's as simple as that. The world is not a fairy tale.
