Ascending user class in the Forum.

Moving up the ladder of positions in the Forum is based solely on the number of posts made in the Forum.
The classes differ by the number of stars.

| Lurker | 0-2 |   0 |
| Newbie | 3-9 |   1 |
| Semi-Newbie | 10-49 |   1 |
| Jr. Member | 50-99 |   2 |
| Full Member | 100-249 |   3 |
| Sr. Member | 250-499 |   4 |
| Hero Member | 500 and above |   5 |

Added the Lurker Group
corrected the interchanged Newbie and Semi-Newbie groups

Apart from the above, the other classes that you will see at the bottom of the main Forum page are –

There is no VIP for the Forum (since it is associated with the other part of the tracker/site), they will still be based according to the tables given above

Actually there is the Hall of Fame and we got a restructuring of the staff team with new "Torrent Moderator" and "First Line Support" forum classes.

I'll need to update the tables  :crazy2:
