Gag Reflex Help

That gag reflex will on day save your life. You shouldn't try to get rid of it entirely as it performs a natural life saving function.

While brushing my teeth every day, i also brush my tongue. By doing so, it actually helps reduce the gag reflect, if you move it a little bit further along the tongue each time you brush. Do it until you reach the point of gagging and stop or move back forward. Keep doing it and it will improve, can confirm from personal experience.
That's actually a good idea. In general, the body needs some getting use to it.

I have a pretty bad gag reflex too and I do think overtime it has gotten better but still not able to do as some do! just a natural talent that some have and some done

practice practice practice…and you have to learn how to breath through your nose while you have something in your mouth and throat...some guys think they should be holding their breath the whole time...makes for a choke and gag time

Practice and hope you have a high threshold for your gag reflex.
oddly enough i can deep throat a dick but still gag with a tooth brush. :bj2:
