Michael Fitt - Where he went

So a while back I noticed all of Michael Fitt's social media was gone and his website no longer existed. I first thought it was maybe just some break he was taking but after having literally no trace of him left, I decided to ask on this forum where he went. Many others seemed to also question his disappearance until I found this article recently.

Apparently he was arrested for failing to register as a sex offender after his "lewd or lascivious behavior" with a minor. Not exactly the answer I was expecting, but if anyone else was wondering what happened, here it is. -
