Channel 4 is a really annoying site. You can't watch their programmes on the site without giving all sorts of details. Even though there are about six other ways to watch free and anonymously.
But to your query, I'd suggest you keep and eye on the major torrent sites such as TPB or ETTV once it has been aired.

As I recall (I'm not in the UK either) recent channel 4 programs are available streaming online, right? If so, you could try installing the Hola! Better Internet extension for numerous browsers, going to the channel 4 website, and setting your country to UK. https://hola.org/
