Shower scene

Hi all, a friend of mine told me about a shower scene he saw in a TV series on French TV a long time ago, at least 20 years. He doesn't know what country it's from (most of the foreign series on our television are dubbed in French).
According to him, the scene took place in a boarding school for delinquents. The main character (in his late teens or early 20's) was caught by the other boys as they were all taking a shower and handcuffed to a shower pipe and then they splashed him with cold water.
Does anybody know what this series is? Thanks in advance.
