The only gay games that I've ever come across have been on yaoi forums. Most of those games tend to be visual novels. Sometimes there are fan translations and sometimes there are not. One yaoi forum site I used to visit a bit in the past is Aarin Fantasy. There's a category for games in the Download section, though you have to register (it's free).

It isn't free & I think the game is less than 1 GB. I'm sure there are ways to get the game for free.

I tried to download the game but it didn't work for me.
I've been wanting to download a 3D gay-oriented game and free, but it looks to me that's an impossible task.

Star Wars The Old Republic, though there is no sex, there is some innuendo, and a lot of gay kisses, but only after the officially gay planet - Makeb. Awesome game all in all.
