Help with seeding

I've been downloading and seeding on other sites for quite a while and have several hundred videos.
How do I seed my already downloaded files here?
I'm using uTorrent 3.4.5

I think drew2sculpt was wondering how to post stuff here that he got elsewhere rather than reseeding.
If he has been seeding elsewhere then the basic method of seeding is the same. Just got to the Upload page. I recommend the manual method of uploading, especially if that is what you are used to.
