in any case, the current ruler Kim Jong-un is in my opinion the worst ever there reigning dictator and also the most dangerous, not least because of the threat of a preventive nuclear attack.
the world should really make this thoughtless paranoid rulers in the barriers to have, because alone sanctions are probably not enough here.
