Well, to answer you question, no.
There are two different types of sensory receptors: Free nerve endings and corpuscolar receptors. I dont want to give a whole anatomy lesson, so I'll just say that free nerve endings are found throughout all skin, so are the common in the penis skin as well. But they sense temperature, itch, pain. What you really want is the corpuscolar or incapsulated receptors, which sense pressure and touch. And they are concentrated on the prepuce and glans. That means that big or small dicks, they kinda have the same sensitivity. But, sorry for those cut fellas out there, the real question would be: do have more sensory receptors cut or uncut dicks? And the answer is: uncut dicks.So, summarizing the answer at your question:
Big dicks dont feel any more sensations than an average dick, but if you're cut, then you lost a whole bunch of sensory receptors.
