Ralf, your English is a lot better than my Portuguese
If you want to contact someone, click on their username at the side. If their profile is open, you will see a button at the bottom labelled 'Send Message'. Click on that and it opens a box to send a personal message.
Some people have their profile set on private so you won't see that box.

To PM me just click on my name on the left side of this message and there is "Send Message", click on this and then right me your message in the box and click send.
it will be send to me and I can reply back to you as soon as I get your message. Your will see when I send you a message when you log into your site or refresh to a new page on this site. A red box will appear at the top stating you have a message. You also have a in and out mail box at the top right. I will send you a message and you will see what I am talking about.
I will be glad to help you in any way that I can, and if I can't I will find the answers for you.
Also do not worry too much about your English. If you need help in translating, Google has translating system to translate your language into English as well as many other languages.
