The fact you can romance him definitely makes Kaiden an attractive pick, but Vega was more attractive in my opinion.

I liked Commander Shepard, but the scene between those two, it was really hot. I like to design my own characters in RPG:s, but in this case I didn't. He was like almost perfect as he was.

No, absolutly not my type… the best Dante for me was the scruffy one from DMC4 (where he was not the main character). The emo DMC had the effect on me of drop all interest in that game.
Others:
Chris Redfield from RE5 (where the developers gave him an insane amount of muscle... and with all the mod for the game it was possible to have him almost completely naked)
My character from Skyrim with SAM Mod (handsome facial features, 100% Samson hypermuscled, slightly hairy body and monster "code cheated" 25" cock - the official limit of the mod is 10")
James Vega (Mass Effect 3, unfortunately not dateable)
The Arishok from Dragon Age2 (in that game all the Qunari had this huge fitness body, but the chief was also massive)
Bound by Flame main character (Vulcan, even if you're asked to insert a name, they keep call you like this), stripped down is a hunky piece of meat.
War from Darksiders (also Death from Darksiders 2, but the blue skin and skull mask are not so sexy after all)
