Tracker offline (timed out)

As the subject says tracker offline (timed out). All of my torrents are red saying that under the tracker tab in utorrent Tried force-rechecks and resting peers/bans ect I dont know how to fix it.

What's going on. -
I am having the same problem. Nothing is working. I am unable to download or upload. I can't seed what I all ready have up. Everything just turns red. I am even having problems navigating between the different pages on the site itself.

I suspect the problem is that the tracker is offline! Stuff happens and we will have to be patient
If you check any of the torrents you will see they have 0 seeders and 0 leechers

Same here, in transmission I get: Tracker gave an error: "Tracker gave HTTP response code 502 (Bad Gateway)" Probably is caused by the upgrades….

As the same problem, Tracker status is offline (time out). Number of seeds and peers is zero. Before I download I saw seeders and peers, then I open the page of that file, No peers at that page. Every page is the same.

Look guys, please note that as I write there is NO TRACKER. I have no idea why but would people please stop reporting in that they have no seeds, downloads, peers, whatever.
Nobody has!! It is not special to you…

The tracker is almost always constantly on shutdown, I have a bad ratio (because I used the wrong torrent client before and wasn't aware that I was not uploading), and I only have less than 2 days left.
Yay.

The tracker is up and running most of the time. The last issues date a few weeks, when it was running, but too slow, so there were time outs.
If you have issues connecting to the tracker, it must be either your local setup or between you and the tracker. Here it could help if you would post the error message from the details view of the torrent(s) concerned.

If it helps any, I've been having a lovely message pop up in Transmission from time to time recently that reads:
"Tracker gave HTTP response code 502 (Bad Gateway)"
The strange thing about this is that when I right click the torrent, then click on "Ask Tracker for More Peers", the tracker refreshes and I seem to be back on track without an issue.

I've been unable to download any new torrents for the past day.

This is normal, it will be back after a while (latest by an hour). Usually this will occur simultaneously with the slowing down of GT.ru

I've been having this problem too. I changed to utorrent from bitcomet. My uploading speeds have increased greatly x

Error 502 on the tracker AGAIN

pretty much happens regularly with only this site- the help desk tries and is friendly- but it still happens only here.
i like this site, and am grateful.
it's just annoying when i AM SEEDING to peers, but it isn't accumulated and says 0 when i can SEE IT SEEDING on my utorrent.
all the gt.ru's go red all the time, no other sites. so the site has some kind of issue with it's tracker
a few years ago this RARELY HAPPENED- now it happens ALL THE TIME

I always see this even If I know that I'm uploading back what I got. I use Transmission too…
If it's a problem a settings, I wouldn't know what to change. ???

Allow me to clarify a couple of things….

We had a temporary system outage today due to a system upgrade, which may explain why you were getting offline (timed out) instead of the usual HTTP 502.

Unlike all the other trackers that seem to work properly all the time, we have a significantly higher network load and as such, sometimes at our peak hours, the tracker has a hard time keeping up due to how overloaded it can get at times. This is the down site to being the world's largest free online video bank.
