怎么判断多用户的？知道根据ip判断的，但电信IP不固定，说不定这个IP就有人用过了。
①不同IP注册的，在同一IP登录，会算多用户吗？还是说一段时间内该IP不能同时登？如果是第二种，大概是多长时间啊？
②还有就是同一IP注册的问题，随机获得的IP能看出来有没有人注册过吗？要是我注册用的IP被分配给其他人，他也注册了怎么办，又不知道密码，怎么删他的帐号啊 -
我们是以IP判断你的用户户口，所以不鼓励你用IP不固定的，找个固定吧。
