这通常都是中国的网络商，可能速度限制了？

应该是软件问题吧，路由器那里设一个对应端口给BT监听，端口权限全放开就好了

取决你的运行商，在中国大陆，你需要尝试使用vpn，换成别的国家入口。但是注意，不是所有的vpn服务商准许使用他们的服务来下载bt!

应该是GFW 还有电信联通出口带宽的问题,民用和商用区别可大了

查了我系统server没问题,你检查您的网络商。。。

还是看资源吧。。有的资源快的飞起有的资源就完全不动。另外和网络服务商也有关系，像移动的网就不行，电信就很好
