Si me descargo un archivo con la promoción FREELEECH ! para subir ratio, y tras 18 horas solo he compartido 87 Kb. me interesa mantenerlo 10 dias compantiendolo si sé que a este paso, cuando termine el tiempo, solo habré compartido como mucho 200 MB - ¿?

El upload te va a contar siempre, incluso después de que haya pasado el freeleech.
Lo unico que te puede pasar es que cuando haya acabado ese tiempo no hayas bajado todo el archivo y el extra si que te contará como descargado.
