I received some feedback about one of the torrents that I uploaded, it has no sound. I offered to re-upload it, but I am pretty sure it will be flagged as a duplicate. But I want those who downloaded it to enjoy the file completely (with sounds). So any suggestion on what I should do in this situation?

The helpdesk would have to delete the torrent before you upload the fixed torrent.

First thing to check, is if the file(s) in question check 100% against your torrent in your torrent client.

If yes and it plays with sound at your computer, it is most likely not an issue with the torrent and the shared file, but an issue of codec support on the computer and/or player at the downloader side.

As well, if yes, re-uploading another torrent for the file won't change anything. Best thing is indeed to contact the Helpdesk with details, e.g. which torrent and who complains.

The Helpdesk would only delete the torrent, if it is verified that the issue is with the torrent's shared file.
