Download a new torrent and make sure others are loading it. The leeches will drive up your ratio.

Oh dear, you have a way to go.
It's not difficult. You can use Quick Torrent Maker or the Manual Upload on the Upload page.
Very basically find a movie that hasn't been posted. Get some details and a picture. Create a torrent file, I use uTorrent inserting the tracker http://tracker.gaytor.rent:2710/announce
Then just follow the instructions. Choose a category, upload a picture, give a description, insert your torrent file, Post. Then download the torrent you've just posted, open that as you would any other, point your torrent prog to the exact file you made the torrent from and your prog should check and start seeding. (If you use QTM this should be done automatically)

Don't forget the other ways of increasing your upload like inviting friends, downloading freeleech movies or earning extra bonus points
And if it is your first torrent up load you can claim 600 points
