has anyone tried this? Does it work? always dubious of stuff advertised on shopping channels?

I believe that it can burn a lot of fat and with a good diet plan, you will get a slender body. However, I don't think that you will gain muscle from that exercise without weight training.

I have done Insanity, not Insanity Delux. It is a great program.
