I was rummaging through the internet trying to find seedboxes that accept bitcoin as payment and came accross Seedboxes.cc
Their boxes come with pre-installed rutorrent, but you can change that to Deluge or Transmission. Their Rutorrent has all the plugins to create a torrent or edit files through filemanager. You can also install more plugins like couchpotato, bitorrentsync or fileshare/upload plugins on the client page. You can also setup Plex on it. It comes with FTP, HTTP and SSH access. It is also setup with a free http proxy.
Bitcoin payment was fast, smooth and instant so I never had any problem with it.
