如今实行rationator 2.版，我们有了充足的时间来讨论和检阅它。
经过一番讨论，我们的结论是，浮动机制是衡量分享率的好方法，特别是用于衡量新用户的分享率。
相对2.1 版，现今的Rationator 2.2 版把分享率从0.1细化到了0.05，使下载量小于800GB的各阶段的用户不必上传和以前一样多的流量。以前就该这么做了。
以下是新的最低分享率数值表
