Unless you want to remove a normal pair of nipples...in that case, WTF man?! Why would you want to remove such wonderful and sensitive gift from evolution?

Yes it is possible and it is a procedure that is done everyday.

I am sick of people touching them even after they have been told my nipples are off limits. I have been known to wear band aids on them as an added layer of protection (yes I am the guy who wore band aids to a sex party). I wonder how much the procedure costs & how I would need to frame the kickstarter.

While some people lose sensation, it is not at all abnormal for the healed scar to be highly sensitive — sometimes even more sensitive than the original nipple was!
While it can be done at home it is best to talk to a doctor.

I will not be performing an at home procedure either, hello! I even have what some might call a high tolerance for pain. I will likely need to be knocked out just to get to the hospital or they'll probably start bleeding sensing their imminent departure.
Sensitive scar tissue seems an acceptable trade off. Scars are a bit of a kink for me, maybe a lot of a kink, they are sexier than tattoos to me.

That bad, eh. I wish I could trade mine with yours. Mine aren't sensitive at all, and it sucks because I like nipple play.

I never thought to google or check youtube, it makes me feel a little less unique when I type into the search "Male nipple removal" and auto-suggests "trend".
Next I'll be seeing guys who found the plastic surgeon to install that new hole I have been thinking about and that won't be unique either.
