【how to maintain good ration】 new starters

it shows i've download 1.37G.
my ration got warned and i got 2 days to improve it to a good level, but how?
i've tried to openup the "upload new files" instruction page,but only got ERROR 404resources i have now are listed as follows:
file: some videos
download tool: Tixatican somebody tell me how to make a file into a torrent, and then upload it to our website with right rules?
please use simple language cuz i am not very good at english. -
your best bet is to download and install the QTM program, with it it's takes just a few easy steps to UL a torrent.
if you have problems running the program getting some assistance via the chat is always better, faster and sometimes simpler.

now i've installed QTM,
here is a problem: when i try to login in QTM, it seemed failed and reminded me with a line of words "Cookies required. Turn off any cookie Mgmt program" ( i am not so sure what is the word "Mgmt" means.)ps: i am using goagent(someting like VPN), and the browser i use is based on Chrome core.
how to deal with this issue?

i am so comfused with the word "per", does that mean i have to spend endless points every single hour with my life goes on? -

i am so confused with the word "per", does that mean i have to spend endless points every single hour with my life goes on?You can ignore the 'per hour' figure - that is just a figure produced by the software. The minimum freeleech time is 24 hours so for that torrent you would need the 164 points.
For your ratio problem you don't want to be making torrents freeleech. You need to download torrents that are already freeleech and have a number of leechers. That way the download will not count against you but any upload will be for your credit.
And don't forget the other ways of getting bonus points. Leave your torrent client running, add pictures to torrents, join in the forums. You can soon get 100 points which you swap for upload credits.

that QTM cookies problem is everybodys problem. I tried everything including the suggestions of mods here, no avail. its just difficult to get more points while its easy to lose points while downloading.
