Nope, not at all. You might feel a little tender the next day but no pain. Once you have someone experienced doing the fisting and they don't go too far too quick, it's just pleasurable. It can be intense at times but no pain or soreness.

For me initially it was more of a mind over matter thing for the first couple of times. Crisco is the preferred although I wish it was more leather friendly. It also gets everywhere and on everything it seems. I hate the smell of old crisco too! :an2:

Completely safe unless you have some sort of allergy to any of the ingredients.

Use the shortening one.

Don't use Crisco with rubber clothing or condoms

If you use a water based lubricant (j-lube, k-lube, aqueous cream) you can mix in a bit of voltarol (diclofenac) gel to help ease any painful feelings during the play

As to after-care, you should have just moisturised your hole extremely well, it will return to it's natural size within minutes and should need no looking after until your next session

I have spent hours playing, to double width, and need to do nothing afterwards other than shower to get rid of any lingering lube on the outside…

The guy I play 'hide the arm' with mixes up j-lube, crisco & clove oil and calls it 'slam dunk' I think. Apparently the clove oil acts as an anesthetizing agent but also, most importantly to me, kills off that crisco scent.

No real need for aftercare since everything just snaps back into place. Personally I take a shower and run some water back there to make sure everything is nice and tidy. Since some of the comments on here seem to be from non-fisters wondering about the act (particularly if it will hurt) let me just state that a good start would be to use a Titanman Intimidator butt plug and a lube injector if you're interested hothotjam.com sells both of these items. There should almost never be any pain involved in fisting so if you'd like the opportunity to "open up" to the experience and find out a bit of what it's like then this is a good starter. Just remember no substitute will ever beat the real thing.

Correct. Crisco dissolves latex and other rubber like stuff like neoprene.

If you get fisted with crisco …. don't expect a safe fuck afterward because any condom would tear up.

Personally I would never suggest to use any painkilling stuff for the fistee (bottom who is getting a fist) during the play

Because as a fistee you have to listen to your ass and body… and if your ass tells you to stop, you better stop. Your body tells you that you are not ready YET. So listen to your body.

Supressing feelings of pain will get you "over the edge" more easily and that can cause pains and a sore ass for days or longer. Been there, done that..

And diclofenac can be very harmful to people. For me it can cause acute serious health injury to my kidneys... so be careful with that..

I agree with bear3q. If you're getting excessive pain of a degree where you need to numb it, then you're doing something wrong or trying to go too big too fast.

Kegel exercises are always good for your pelvic floor, but contrary to popular belief, getting fucked or fisted does not magically make your asshole "loose". The sphincters are muscles and the act of anal penetration actually strengthens those muscles.
