Help! Not connecting on Mac

Hello guys,
I have Mac laptop, and I am trying to download or to be connected with uTorrent, but uTorrent never connect. I have restriction on the private provider I am connection with, which is Pornographic filtering, well I can sign in to the website using HTTPS link or via VPN, but I can't connect on uTorrent at all, I tried to download some torrents not from Gaytorrent.ru and it worked with VPN and without..Please help me since I don't have a good knowledge in Mac OS.
