What's the best Bitorrent client to use?

What's your personal favourite and why? Mine is uTorrent as it is simple and doesn't have all those crappy features I don't want.

I agree. I am new to the whole torrent downloading thing. Utorrent and this website have made it quite easy.

uTorrent v2.2.1 because it seems to be the most stable. I've "upgraded" to newer versions but now back to v2.2.1

We did a poll a few years ago and uTorrent won with about 70% of the vote.
