      @tigerrawr:

well if you are 180 72kg you are not skinny. You are avarage.

Do you want to be chubby? or beefy? or muscular?

      Thanks a lot dude.
Olive oil is essential in Mediterranean countries. I am a Mediterranean and I have much of it in food. Plus, I have all what you said really and even more. I have healthy and unhealthy food which has a lot of calories, but in vain! I am healthy 100% I mean I have no disorders or diseases. I think it is just my body nature.
I know I am not skinny, I am well built, but I want to be, if not beefy, a bit more than average.

Thanks a lot for the effort.
      Cheers

Yeah… I just can't gain weight either. Maybe if I chugged more oil and sugar, but I wanna be healthy as well.

There are medecines tho that slows your metabolism, those are really effective. When I was on antidepressants (seruquel) I gained some kilos. I wouldn't recommend that tho.

Just eat more. More healthy fat and more carbs from other then sugar. More fruit, raisins for example are cheap.  More maltodextrin.

        Lift heavy ass weights.

if you want to gain wight, hit the gym! Take proteins. Eat a balanced diet, try to avoid sugar and fat. It takes time but in three months you can bulk up 2 or three kg.

My childhood and teen time, I'm skinny… No matter how many food I ate, didn't change my weight. You can imagine 178cm with only 55-60 Kg...

Now, after work and stuff, gaining weight is so much easy. I eat and its all become weight. Now, I'm trying to keep my weight around 65-72Kg.

If someone is eating a lot of food and they can't seem to gain weight, then their metabolism is very high and all the food in the world wont help.
Lots of track stars have this problem.

If you want to slow it down then quit eating very much. Actually eat maybe half of what you would normally eat.

Once your body thinks it being starved then it will slow the metabolism down as a defense mechanism.

once you see the weight coming on, then go back to your normal eating. You should see that your metabolism will still be high but not as high. Each time you do it, you will slow it down a nit more.

aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand it will slowly go back to what it used to be, aaaaaand youll face malnutrition and muscle breakdown.

Not a very good idea. Just go to the gym and eat a lot. You'll look great and defined. eventually big.
