hormonal changes, I don't know but seems I don't have it, as well as vit D3, and we here eat rice and I eat it in very small amount. So now, so what wrong with the cum? Though, I never read that DM related with man semen, make it sweet, but I don't know.

First, ants do not eat only sweet things like sugar. They also eat salty things, and many plants and seeds.

Some food will make cum sweeter, some other awful. Eating meat, dairy, garlic, fried food and similar (also the coffee, sorry) make the cum more acid and foul, eating vegetable and fruit seems to make it sweeter.

Lets just say that I jerked off last night and some tissues help me as cleaning agents. The left the tissues on the floor.

Ants aren't just attracted to sweet things. They are drawn to a variety or aromas/scents. The fact that they were attracted to the sperm may very well be due to the pheromones released in the ejaculate. Ants in general are attracted to chemical trails too, which is what might explain the situation here too.
If you're afraid of having diabetes, then you could always get a simple fasting blood sugar test to find out. If that is abnormal, then you could then be tested further for it. Hope that helps.
