About Anatomie de l'enfer (2004), I've seen it and no wonder for me I can't find it here. I think mostly because it's a straight film, event though the very first scene was

Focus/Refocus is a bad executed of a very intringing idea.
Horrible acting and the sex scenes are mixed. Some of them were good but others were stiff. -

From that list,O Fantasma is my favourite. There's also an interesting clip of a casting interview with the lead actor.
I would add Grande École to the list. Good story, good acting, and very nice scenery.
