Torrent Not Seeding

hey,
I just downloaded two torrents and im unable to seed any of them. I've read all the rules and all of this site, and still im unable to seed. can someone please help?

Be aware, that you might automaticly seed the torrents IF there are some leechers, who would like to have the file(s).
Sometimes users are not all interested in every single torrent, which is uploaded. As well, if the file(s) is/are probably not the newest one(s). And then there's also the possibility, that you are "not connectable", but then you have to provide more informations, so that Mods, Supporters and probably nice GTru - users might help you with suggestions and guides to help you. "Please help" is really too less, because we do need more informations, like the client you are using, things you tried, the "connectable thing" and so on…

Actually I see one torrent of the three "seeding" (means proposed as source for download), but there is currently no peer downloading, so there is no upload of data possible.
The good thing is, that your torrent client is reported connectible
Now you can perhaps start seeding the other completed download, though there isn't any peer downloading either, to increase the chance that there is eventually a downloading peer on one of them.
